Product Recall

Fluke Corporation has identified a potential safety issue affecting certain Fluke 83V, 87V and 88V Digital Multi-meters (‘Fluke 8x V series DMMs’). As a precautionary measure, Fluke has decided to issue a Safety Notice to customers with instructions on how to perform a simple check of their meter for the presence of the potential safety issue, and how to obtain service of any affected units.

This communication is to inform you of actions which you must take regarding the Safety Notice for units in your customers’ possession.  It will also help you return any affected inventory that is currently in your possession, should that be necessary. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you, and hope you’ll understand that customer safety is our utmost priority.
